How leather is produced
The initial stage of leather production begins with the extraction of animal skins. Hides can be obtained from various animals such as cows, sheep, goats, etc. They undergo special processing to remove hair and fatty tissue.
Once the hides are received, they undergo a processing process that includes removing any remaining meat and fat, cleaning and softening the skin.
This stage involves dyeing the skin in various colors and shades. Dyeing can be done using a variety of chemicals and dyes to achieve the desired color and texture.
After dyeing, the leather goes through a drying process that allows it to dry and lock in its final color and texture.
The last stage of leather production is finishing, which involves treating the surface of the leather to give it a certain texture, shine and protection from external influences.
